<i>A BILL to develop guidance documents for petitions to restore firearms
rights.</i>

<p>Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:</p>

<p><b>1. </b><i class=new>&sect;1. That the Office of the Executive Secretary of
the Supreme Court of Virginia shall convene a group of stakeholders to develop
guidance documents for judges on handling petitions from convicted felons to
possess, transport, or carry a firearm, ammunition for a firearm, or a stun
weapon as provided by subsection C of &sect;<a href="http://law.lis.virginia.gov/vacode/18.2-308.2">18.2-308.2</a> of the Code of Virginia.
Such guidance documents shall be developed by December 31, 2018.</i></p>
